The intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a professional consultant to enter into an agreement with the City to provide expertise, facilitation, analysis, and strategic planning services required to deliver the CSWB Plan. The CSWB Plan will provide a coordinated, evidence-based framework to improve community safety, reduce risk and harm, strengthen collaboration among service providers, and enhance quality of life for residents. The Plan will reflect a preventative, upstream approach and incorporate social development, service coordination, and place-based safety strategies, including Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). This Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the requirements, expectations, and evaluation criteria for the provision of requested services. Proponents are encouraged to highlight their expertise, commitment to quality, and ability to address the requirements of deliverables.
